Stage6 Cylinder Kit 86 / 88cc Streetrace Cast Iron Minarelli AM6, the popular Stage6 cast iron tuning cylinder. In addition to the traditional tuning for scooters, Stage6 & egrave; mainly known for its high quality tuning parts for modern scooters with CVT, but some time ago decided to expand into the production of parts for mopeds with gearbox (Supermotard etc.). First they launched a 50cc line, now they have added two kits with 77cc and 88cc, since & eacute; we all know: there is no; replacement for displacement!

The kit includes:

88cc gray cast iron cylinder, d = 50mm , 5 ports and single exhaust (28mm)

2-segment piston, 50 mm

high compression monobloc cylinder head, aluminum

gaskets (head and base) and bolts

The performance of the cylinder is quite impressive from all points of view: take-off and acceleration are excellent and thanks to the increase in speed; maximum displacement and overall power are much improved. The cast iron cylinder is extremely reliable and durable, therefore & egrave; definitely suitable for intensive use.

When it comes to tuning the cylinders, you should adjust the whole configuration; we recommend a 26mm carburetor, a racing exhaust and a tuning clutch (reinforced).

The 86cc / 88cc cylinder can be used with two types of crankshaft:

crankshaft stroke 44mm / connecting rod 85mm without spacer = & gt; 86cc

crankshaft 45mm stroke / 90mm connecting rod with spacer = & gt; 88cc

Our tip for running in: the new cylinder should be run in for 300 km, that is; don't go full throttle. A 3% (1:33) two-stroke mixture is recommended to ensure longer engine life.

The cylinder looks discreet and similar to the stock part. Stage6 has deliberately decided not to show the brand name on the cylinder, instead of a logo stamped with & quot; 49ccm & quot; on it. Don't panic, & egrave; an 88cc cylinder and may therefore be NOT APPROVED (in various countries).

Note: If you are running the cylinder with a crankshaft with 90 connecting rod mm, you will have to use more studs long (M7x120 mm). And depending on the year of manufacture, it may be necessary to open the crankcase slightly to make room for the larger connecting rod; long.
